Marco Ginos opens the original papa gino's location in Raynham, MA, with three tables, one wood-fired oven, and a dream to bring authentic Italian flavors to New England.

1968

After years of perfecting the recipe, Papa Ginos introduces its now-legendary slow-simmered tomato sauce — a blend of San Marzano tomatoes and 11 herbs that fans still rave about today.

1975

Expansion Across New England
